You must be using a CHROME based browser (Chrome, Brave, Opera etc), Safari and Firefox will not work.

The game will also take 1-2 minutes to load, and you may get a pop up about a tab being unresponsive. Just don't touch anything and the game will load after a minute or two.

Unfortunately I developed this game in Godot 4 not knowing the problems it would have with HTML5 / Itch platform. Apologies in advance.

The record profits earned during the pandemic years did not result in the companies paying their workers more, or improving conditions or flexibility.... 

Instead they sought to further their greed and fabricate a recession in order to justify laying people off, despite a strong economy. Putting the very workers who earned them those record profits out of a job.

CEO Simulator 2k23 - Greedy Stakeholder Edition puts you in the hot seat.

Take control of your multi-billion dollar company going through this horrible recession by laying off as many staff members as possible to secure your bonus. 

The board has given you a financial goal to meet in laying off hoards of employees, however because you're a typical white male piece-of sh!t you don't pay women and minorities fairly requiring you to lay off more of them to meet your goal.

You do have the option of laying off White Men, but you risk pissing off the board, on the other hand you are tasked with not utterly destroying company morale so you are empowered to throw work drinks and pizza in order to give morale a boost, however that does cost money.....

Depending on how well you do at the end of your firing spree determines whether you keep your own job, or if you do retain your position the board will determine if you get your bonus or not!

-I N S T R U C T I O N S - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 

1. Match at least two similar-looking tiles by clicking on them.
2. These staff are now fired.
3. Watch how Money Saved, Morale, and the Board's approval changes with who you lay off.
4. Clicking on Power-Ups, i.e Pizza, Beer, Pride Flag will rapidly increase morale at the cost off Board Approval and some cash.
5. Depending on your standing with the Board and level of company Morale at the end of the game determines what the Board does with your job.
